A smart boy

Noah is a VERY smart boy!! He has really amazed me with his intellect, and I feel I should spend a moment telling you a bit about it. Noah communicates with us through facilitated communication -- he uses his finger to spell out words with a little bit of help to pull his hand away from the board.

The first thing he said was a couple months before he turned three. He was asked the question, "Is your intellectual program going well?" His answer, "I am a very smart boy!"

He can currently speed read some pretty amazing information, and is currently working on Algebra -- and getting it very quickly. And yes, he was four this past December.

This is one of the best parts of the Institute's program, and the only program I have ever heard of doing intellectual programs with small brain-injured children.
