Walking Update

Well, we did get everything finished so that we could try Noah doing some walking, but we have found we need a little more trial and error -- there are still some things to be tweaked.

First of all, the main thing we were working on was the "Katoh Device", which is the thing that Noah puts one leg on each side of to keep his feet from crossing. It turns out that Noah decided that he can't move at all with that thing between his legs. When we took it away, he started walking across, but he did cross his feet a little.

And while the fivefinger shoes are great for his crawling, he needs something a little more substantial to keep his feet more flat so he isn't walking around on his toes. So, several things to fix, but he did do a little walking today, which I love to see even if it is not perfect (yet).
