I know I have been terribly negligent in posting lately -- largely due to the fact that I have had some computer trouble. But, we're still here and working hard. The good news is that Noah's hip is doing MUCH better! He is moving it better and doing some good crawling again.
The other good news is that we are working on getting a personal care aid for Noah that will come to our home four hours a day and help us with program, light cleaning, and Noah's cooking. This will be a huge help for us, and I am really excited about what this means for Noah's program. We are also very hopeful that this will increase to 6 or even 8 hours a day. It looks like this could start as early as Wednesday of this week. This has taken quite a while to come about, so we are really excited that it is about to come to fruition.
Noah's army is a group of volunteers united in doing a program that will give Noah the best chance he has for reaching his potential. Come by any time for news on his progress and to see pictures of him and his brother.
Prayer Requests
UPDATED 08/20/12
1. Please pray that we can continue to get our new house set up for all of Noah's needs and that we can find all the volunteers we needs to do Noah's program (this is always a big, slow process when we move).
3. Our other big request is for Noah's hip. Noah's out-of-joint left hip is really holding him back. He needs range of motion, and he needs the muscles that are too tight to loosen up and the loose muscles to tighten up and get bigger. Pray for a new type of physical therapy we are started specifically to help the hip.

I missed hearing about Noah! That's fantastic about his hip. Crawling will help him so much! That's fantastic that you have a helper too. If you get a chance, please email me about this. I'm interested in anything would give us more help! Thanks! Way to go, Noah!!! When do you all go to IAHP again?
