Gluten Free Website

I do a lot of trolling the Internet for recipes and products that have just the right combination of ingredients that I can feed to either of the boys. I have found some great recipes and some that weren't so good, but I have to say I've had many more successes than failures.

I have been trying to find some gluten free, soy free (and a couple other ingredient free) crackers without a whole lot of success, but I came across this website that shows a lot of promise. Under each category of food, it shows pages of pre-made foods and what ingredients they do not have. For instance, under crackers, it shows a list of crackers that you can order, and under each cracker it lists gluten free, soy free, milk free. Or gluten free, milk free. I didn't really look at the prices, but you can order it all from one site, which is nice.

It is called the Gluten Free Palace. Check it out to look at a very long list of foods and even supplements that are free of the foods that you or your kids can't eat.
